Help!! I have an LED light....

Try this: use a screwdriver with the diameter the same as the bulb tread diameter and smooth out the tread by applying pressure while guiding the screwdriver from one end of the tread to the end of the tread. Repeat this multiple times until you're able to get it as straight as you can. Apply some Vaseline to the tread and screw it in a spare bulb socket. The female bulb socket will straighten it further. Sorry, but it is not fixable. Use PayPal for online purchases so you can get your money back. Take pictures or video when opening packages for your protection. I would not attempt to repair it with that much damage. The internal connections can short and catch fire.

Yeah I live in Canada and there’s no good canadian LED light stores that have the remotes for them… it was a gift for someone but I already re ordered new lights off a different website… half the places don’t ship to Canada and half the EBay items don’t

That sounds like a common store policy, but the manufacturer warranty may be longer. You could try contacting the manufacturer to see if it is covered under warranty.

However, based on the other details you shared, I am inclined to think that disputing the charge with your credit card company may be the best option, especially if you have tracking info showing it just arrived.

I would do that before trying to fix it, so there is no credible contention that the damage was caused by you. I think I could straighten the threads out enough by bending like tammap suggested, and maybe some filing, but it won’t be like new.
