Gj has some good recommendations for 3.7 volts lights.
For 2S (more voltage will allow you to drive emitter harder for more throw), this may be a good candidate. I don't know how well it throws though. Here is a thread on it. Here is a little more info on it. Keep in mind that using li-ion cells in series requires more knowledge and care.
