HELP ! Laptop Battery Pack--How to Safely Remove Li-Ion Batteries ??

I pulled batteries from 3 Laptop battery packs and I
need to know which ones to throw away or to keep.
All were tested with my DMM after being removed
from outside plastic cover and all wiring circuitry.

1-Dell#TD175-x9 Batteries/no name/(Red w/blue top)
x9 Batts tested—x9 @ 0.00v—All were Dead! With the
right charger maybe be revived ? I say throw away x9.

2-Dell#PC764—x6 Batts/CGR18650E-(Purple) with
E7111 and Li-Ion MH12210 marked on each batt.
x6 Batts Tested—x2@ 0.00v—x4@ 3.79v—These x4
batts were charged to 4.18v—These x4 are keepers.

3-Dell#3R305—x6 Batts/no name/(Red w/red top)
x6 Batts Test—x2@ 0.00v—x2@ 2.12v—x2 @2.21v
I never attempted to charge these 6 batts. What to do ?
Try to charge ?—-I think, throw this x6 batts away ?

What do you think about these batteries :~

There is no charger that will safely revive 0v Lion batteries. Throw them away. I’d try charging the 2.12v and 2.21v cells, provided you have a decent charger that will start them at low current until they reach 3.0v or so.

What are the best chargers with 4 slots that you
would suggest ? Meaning, chargers that will do the
most stuff with the most options.
