Help me choose a good medical pen light for my Doctor.

I was quite surprised how serious the general upper tier flashlight companies took the medical aspect of their MD pen style inspection lights. The cheap sub $5 lights are just cheap led in pen format but the companies like Lumintop, Wuben, Weltool, Niteccore & others put some serious thought into their product. I imagine they are much better value & quality compared to what GP’s might get from a medical supplier.

Yes! I think the ‘perfect’ light would consist of features from a few of them and perhaps some features that don’t exist. Ultra slow ramping or like 2/3 times slower is a great idea.

There was some Optisolis flashlights going around: [GB has ended] JetuE17A/JetuE21A/Jetusolis - #7 by nobody - Commercial Sellers' Spot - BudgetLightForum.com

That is best for a doctor. Or Thrive/Sunlike

NITECORE NT06MD is the best out of the ones you listed, by the way.
But it will probably oversaturate red, which imo, is bad for a doc…

I wonder if it’s possible to mod one to optisolis, lol
