I’m looking for a good flashlight that has decent throw/flood beam like the x45 with high lumen output and same price range, I’ve heard bad things about the x45 like certain tints being very ugly on it (but if the x45 is actually a good light let me know) so if there is anything similar please let me know.

Haikelite MT09R XHP70.2, or the Acebeam X45 as you have said.
Almost all XHP 70.2 based lights have very poor tint consistency, so that is a reason for the X45 to have a bad tint.
Other than the MT09R, perhaps the MF04S would be to your liking, or even the MF02S if you don’t really care about UI.
Or if you want something special, go get this Niwalker:
This is a review of the Niwalker MM18JR flashlight. This is a extremely bright light that uses two neutral-white XHP70.2 emitters for high output and large flood, and a XHP35 HI emitter for long throw. The output can vary from 1 lumen, up to an impressive 13500 lumens.
