Looking for a light that is flat, perhaps a bit bigger than a 20 pack of cigs, an attached clip that will grip the full width of a breast pocket for stability, a floody reflector, and ideally around 500Lm!!.
Can’t find anything suitable (or affordable) on the net.

In an idle moment at work, my mind returned to this thread…. How about using an aluminium Hammond enclosure?
Although it wouldnt be the most attractive light, it would have decent heatsinking and could be made reasonably waterproof.
