ali is good with refunds
99% of the time you do not have to return it
just go through their steps
say you received it but now something is wrong
take a pic of the test result
they like pictures, and movies 
no need to argue with the vendor
ali will refund to you then they will deal with the vendor
i have done that for stuff that never arrived too
if the problem is in customs or shipping, or whatever, take a screen shot of that and include it
i;ve had maybe 2% fail rate, they always refund
