Ordered 12/22/12, Accepted HK post 12/24/12, Received my be on 01-07/13.
1.- Order arrived in one package with no padding other than the padded envelope. - One mark against you right there.
2.- Order was not completed properly. I received three WRONG ITEMS. - Two more marks against you! Out of 12 drivers (which were all supposed to be the same), I received 3 of them incorrect, but labeled with the correct SKU. So the wrong driver, labeled correctly.
3.- Overall order response and shipping time - Very Fast! Two points to your credit there.
So, out of a score of 5, you get a score of 2. I will not be placing more orders with you until I get a satisfactory answer from you (I already opened a ticket with photos). The answer from you needs to be, "We are sorry, the three drivers are in the mail to you now. Please forgive us. We will from now on, 100% check all your future orders going out, for the proper items, before shipping."
Any other response from you will result in you being another "almost did right" seller from China.

I have a second order coming. I made the mistake of placing two orders back to back. I will report when the second order arrives and also on the status of this ticket placed with FastTech.

I got a reply from FastTech in less than 24 hours. The reply was that the people they got the drivers from had mixed them together in the lot. FastTech had not double checked every one. Now ther have gone back and double checked every one. They are sending me replacement drivers for the ones that were wrong at no charge.
They responded well and did the right thing. So... Now you are at 4 Stars out of 5 Stars.
