How do you make progress with Banggood ?

I do not know if they are too stubborn or just idiots

A video review of the Astrolux SS and the Astrolux SC flashlights, from Banggood.

I want one! But My SS, that I bought on April 10th I sent email to cservice (on April 25th and May 2nd) and they answered and Today but they are very stubborn Will I have to wait 4 or 5 months? If it arrives Is Banggood competing for the prize AVOID?

Perhaps I will not buy from them anymore
