Yes sir! Got a great deal on it too, covid-19 had made it a buyers market (here atleast). Got new windows and some painting done and minor repairs made by the sellers all for under the asking price!

I’ve actually never been to Cali. I can’t imagine living somewhere where I can’t build a giant house in a great neighborhood for 700K. Prob wouldn’t get you much in a nice part of San Fran. I bet it’s beautiful out there though
since March of 2020….we have actually saved more than we spent.
working from home, vacations cancelled, no restaurants, etc.
we saved around $80,000, and, of course, due to various taxes,
that is the equivalent of earning $110,000 or more.

Much less, spent the first 13 weeks on the sailboat, well offshore. Numbers didn’t add up to the equations being reported by the all knowing and all seeing, fact reporting media. Returned home and returned to working. Still waiting for the new normal to reset.
