Working lights are expensive.
Scangrip is also a reputable brand beside berner.

You can search on http://pandacheck.com for

work light
or
Portable flood light

That gives you an idea what to search for.
But most are not good.
Crappy COB, PWM, battery issues.

I would search ebay for scangrip or berner
