I’d suggest that you say “some people with… lasers are irresponsible.” I have several lasers between 1.8 watt green and a 7 watt blue and they’re great if you’re careful. Safety glasses even when putting the batteries in, don’t aim at people, buildings or the sky or anything reflective…
