So is this the reason so many driver boards have SMT components with scratched off identification?... the suppliers are just stuffing the boards with anything?
I suppose so! It is just a lottery of what you will get. I bought 2 and happened to get different components. If it was not for the closeup photo, I wouldn't have noticed that they had different components, let alone how bad the soldering is. And as I said, I suppose they don't check what they sell at DX, they got it from the supplier and they just resell it... I wonder where is that DX representative to shed some light about this... the overall quality of these is low...
