Are SRM knives pretty much the best budget knives ?

Just checking because thats all I read about pretty much. Its SRM/Enlan/Navy, in that order? Is there any other brand of low price quality knives from China? Or SRM models available only in China we dont see because they arent made for export or on English websites?
