Hanks site often does this. Then will be fine a day or so later. Assume it’s a hosting thing. Have seen it maybe 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months.
Brave is a great browser.
A bunch of people used firefox that doesn’t seem to be the issue, I used 4 different versions going from latest to 3 updates back on different machines I had on hand all opened Hank’s site no problem. It also is indicated that other people who had issues bypassed it by using a VPN so its a location based issue.
It is working just now. Once I got the suspended message, but it came back after refresh. I am using Vivaldi browser on Windows 10.
Didn’t work until I turned off my VPN. Chrome.
Works for me! No VPN. Firefox on some kind of Windows. 
Can’t it be something related with CNY?

Im on a Mac, it does this occasionally, reloading a few times fixes it. Its an unnecessarily scary message, but it just means the site has too high load, and isn’t loading.
Nope, it’s a DNS issue or something. No matters how many times I reload, it does the same thing.

There was an OSx update a few days ago I think. Is yours the latest?… although I find it hard to believe a down rev os would lock out specific URLs. But then again it is apple… they do whatever the hell they want.
I hit your link and it comes up suspended. Click it from a google search and no problem.
Yep, clicking the link in the OP gets a suspended notice, but going from a Google search brings up the page okay
