Fellas… I’m still going at it… but WOW… PayPal disputes are a joke! I’m really curious to see how this goes… So, I gave them 3 days to respond to my messages and no reply. I then forwarded this case to resolution because I knew BANGGOOD was just beating around the bush anyhow… After forwarding claim for PayPal to investigate they give the seller (BANGGOOD) 20 days to respond…! I’m thinking holy sh*t this can take forever…
Needless to say, today I got an email from PayPal, I seen the highlighted refund… I thought SWEET but NOPE… Message said, Your refund will be issued as soon as you send the item back and shipping confirmation is accepted!! :person_facepalming: I’m NOT kidding! In order for me to even respond to this case I have to provide a tracking number or it will be case closed on the 18th and nothing else I can do :rage: … A F**king joke IMO!
I finally found a number to call PapPal, after 30 minutes of going through prompts, I just kept saying SPEAK to someone, SPEAK to someone (its not an option)… All of a sudden it changed tone and started to ring… I said to myself, “holy Sh*t I’m actually going to talk to someone!!” NOPE… a message recording said, Sorry due to Corona Virus customer service is permanently closed…! :person_facepalming: I can’t make this crap up…!
So getting back to my claim… In order for me to respond I had to confirm a valid tracking number… What other number better to provide than the one they gave me. :smiling_imp: .! HAHA… I already got an email as the seller to me the buyer that the item was shipped LMAO :smiling_imp: … This is what I would call bypassing a systems catch 22!!
In 5 days PayPal will now review this information and I better get my money back… If not my credit card company is my last resort…
Someone here mentioned how horrible PayPal dispute system was and they weren’t kidding… I’ll keep you all updated with the outcome of this case…

Yes, this was sent to customer service on the 23rd… So why has this not been resolved, why do I continue to get pushed around with terrible responses, why am I still waiting for a refund?! Here’s the tracking number and weight of the item you sent again as well… I’m unable to tack on the cost for return, if you want an empty box you can pay for it, this is absurd! You guys sure know how to work the system… If my dispute was item not received you would have shown a tracking number saying I got it. Therefore, “item not described” was my only option… So you send an empty box shows received, I include a video of me opening the package, and PayPal requires buyer to pay shipping for an empty box…!?
