Had anyone try to use the charger’s USB output while it’s charging the batteries,can that be work?

Yes i believe you can charge things off USB and also charge laptop battery off USB backup battery/charger. Kinda blows my mind that a bad battery on laptop can be charged with USB charger but it works.
