@OP,
Thanks for a great review and my prevoius code I got, forgot to post that.
Thanks for info,
Need to measure exact diameter and try to find diameter of the 14500 I go for, your battery but probably another variant was said not to fit in review.
To my questions in the post above 2 & 3 found this looking around and probably covers it even if it’s not hands on in a light compared,
Comparison of AA battery chemistries [image] In this article I will look at the 3 different AA battery chemistries: Alkaline, Lithium and NiMH. Alkaline and Lithium are primary batteries, i.e. not rechargeable, NiMH is rechargeable. I am not including carbon-zinc batteries, they have worse performance than alkaline and are mostly obsolete. The standard size of AA batteries is 50.5 mm long (including plus pole) and 14.5 mm in diameter, this was standardized in 1947 by IEC (but th…
What can be concluded from that thread as I see it is that due to the relatively high drain and quicker voltage drop to that is that lithium tops with better voltage and higher current and with no leak as bonus and the same goes for NIMH over alkaline.
Anyone know if you leave a battery in the mi7 is there a parasitic drain and if so how long ~ if not turned on would it take to “ruin” the battery?
