DBCustom has had those a while ago if I remember well. They may have come from Cutter.

No, it was a while ago

XP-L W2 is not very uncommon. Kaidomain sells them.
I just quickly checked DB-Custom’s posts: There are multiple mentions of him having XP-L W2 (from Cutter) but I don’t see any mention of XP-L2 W2.
