We are talking about 2323 leds, 1616 is a lot smaller with less light flux (due to smaller LES and less heat dissipation)

Sorry, I got confused. When I was looking to emitter swap my TS10 I ordered a variety of LEDs I thought might fit. When I replied to this thread above I was looking at my digikey order history and picked the wrong one.

What I actually must have used (due to the size difference you noted) was Samsung LH181B. Datasheet

These are 2.36 x 2.36mm.

But beware, these could be very green in colder CCTs. 3- and 5-step is available, but center is way above BBL.
