This one is a good working light. I can really recommend it. No more visible pwm-flickering. I tried to find it looking at computer fans and thru phone camera. None seen.
This light is even brighter than the previous one. Yet doesn’t heat up forehead. Usb-c charging. Soft start-up and dimming to low level. Nice! I’m thinking of buying another one for spare before they are discontinued.
Of course there are still room for improvements. I would like:
-neutral white tint (really cool now 
)
-better cri
-hidden strobe mode for f*s sake
Forehead part has sticky rubber pads inside. Good thing if you are wearing a beanie. But I will replace these with some softer material.
