Lights for the technologically inept

T-10 /and free TI Thrunite 30$ combo

Enough knurling that anyone can turn them on .

Old people sometimes can't make a smaller clicky click

How about a fenix E21

I'll add a vote for the RC-G2; I like to give these as gifts to users who I don't trust with (or who don't need) lights that run from the Li-ion cells.

I don't have the SB XP-G version; just a budget earlier XR-E version and I really like it. Surprisingly throwy from a single Alkaline AA cell, impressively bright next to the typical cheap incan light, and a reliable forward-clicky switch like most non-flashaholics are used to.

I will defiantly have a look around, since about 3 months ago some better stuff must have become available here so I should check it out, but I will definately consider the thrunite and romisens, might even buy one a a test light, it’s a good excuse to buy a little cheaper light

What about Shiningbeam’s Spark? Tail switch for on off, loosen - tighten bezel to change modes. It is a bit above your price range (but there is a 6% off coupon that I can’t seem to remember right now).
