I like that you have so many older versions of lights for sale as it gives a larger variety to shop.
Consider carrying more convoy products as the quality is worth the price.
Also more selections of headlamps.
Again, offer more big thrower type lights.

You need to improve your range of 18650 batteries. The cheaper batteries only lead to disappointed customers. Stock good name brand batteries only to ensure that when people buy your products they always have a positive experience.

——Need some work on the order/coupon use/payment web pages. I used a coupon won as 3rd place in the Guessing King game which covered the cost of the single item I ordered but there was no way to move forward after applying the coupon code. I tried several things to get to the next step and, in the process, ended up with an unwanted order in limbo in a “need payment next” state that I cannot remove.

Seems to be a fairly responsive vendor for flashlights and other random stuff (it’s BLF after all, so the non-flashlight stuff is less important )

Maintaining great customer service is not always easy, but it is always appreciated. If you read around this forum, there are many examples where we support responsive, honest companies. I would encourage any “newer” business to keep that in mind.
