List of Flashlight Hosts

http://www.fasttech.com/product/1409307 is a good cheap option.

Hi ozlight, I’ve updated a few of the Ultrafire lights to show whether they are P60 compatible. Hope it helps!

Thanks for this list. Very useful

Thanks for the great list.

The Sky Ray S-R5 is sold out @Focalprice, doesn't say if it's only temporary.

Thank you for nice list here!

Has anyone found something like this Courui host anywhere?
http://www.lightmalls.com/highly-bright-1-cree-xm-l-3-modes-1770-lumens-led-flashlight-1-18650-battery

I have been looking something like this and also something big host that has space for like 6- or more XM-L2 leds. But no luck so far. :frowning:

Has anyone ordered the N-light b2 stainless AA host? It’s still the but no pictures.

Anyone?

Any updates on a AAA host ?
the A1 is showing as not available on the link

Looking to build a single programable mode or LMH no memory lamp to clip to an aircraft pilot headset

Actually I’m looking at possibilities as well.

What I found so far:

  • Vinh likes Prometheus Beta, says the quality is top notch. Though it’s too large for me
  • Astrolux A01 is known OK host that can be had for reasonable money. Though this time it’s too large for me
  • Lumintop EDC01 is the smallest AAA light that I’ve found that has reasonable thermals and separate LED and switch PCBs. It’s still larger than I’d like though.

I intend to take a gamble and buy Trustfire MINI3 and see if it’s wortwhile.

Thanks for the names, I’ll look them up.

I want one that I can clip with a belt clip to a David Clarke DC10.3 aviation headset. I currently have an 18650 el cheapo AliExpress zoomy with electronics from Mountain Electronics. So I am happy with any size AAA lamp as it is sure to be smaller than the 18650

Does need to be able to be opened up though to take some single programmable mode driver or a LMH no memory always start on Low type driver… no flashing modes.

Any idea of PCB sizes on the list you gave ?
