I have had over 50 order from aliexpress, have had only one problem, seller sent me wrong item, I opened dispute, seller did not reply but aliexpress agreed on my terms refunded me %80 of order value.
On paypal also had only one problem seller sent me a wrong item, I opened dispute, paypal asked me to return it to the seller and pay return shipping to get a refund.
It sucks that you have issues with lite teck, that’s where I get my hugsbys too. Haven’t had any probs with them but other sellers for sure. Since you’ve opened the dispute, let the AE team do the work and see what the seller says. If no response within the time given you’ll get the full refund or they may come back to you and have you provide more evidence of issues.
He has had all the evidence I can provide. So far he has not responded to Ali, we’ll see how it goes.
