Looking for a box with USB output that can run on 4x 18650s

Hello. I need something that can charge my Android phone.

I have 4x 3400mah NCR18650b batteries and I don’t really use them so it would be great if I can use them to power a box that can output via USB.

Note that this brings up units to which you add batteries as well as complete USB power boxes. Read the details as many are limited to UNPROTECTED batteries and you do not indicate what type batteries that you have.

Chinese sellers such as Fasttech also have units available for which you provide the batteries.

One thing about the DIY battery boxes is that it seems like their charing and discharge protection voltage limits may stand in the way of getting the full capacity out of high capacity cells.

I think if this battery could help you.
It is 2 port LCD battery WS1 charger, has USB function so that could charger for phone.
It works very well.but only 2 bays…

I just ordered two of them:

and

The second is the Coolook which has had a good review by HJK. The first has voltage outputs adjustable from 5V to 13V. Both hold up to four 18650s.

Also grabbed this two slot one for portability:
