Looking for a driver.

Hi. I'm looking for a 17mm board with low/medium/high and no memory. Around 3a at 3.7v on high. I wouldn't mind strobe, but no sos. I would think there's something out there, but I can't seem to find anything. Thanks.

You can try KD 8x7135 V2 driver: http://www.kaidomain.com/Product/Details.S020073 , review and correct mode settings here: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/5368

Solder the appropriate pads for LMH/no memory.

I actually already tried one of those. Changing the mode is very odd. Have to double tap.

I am happy with the V2, changing modes is easier not clicking fully the tail button, just press a bit as many times as you need for the desired mode.

It worked that way at least with Trustfire X9, other clickies might not work that way.

The only thing I do not like is the low mode, it is too low in my opinion, so I left it with mid and high only.

Any other drivers out there?

I like l-m-h mode lights without memory too, I just saw your post. Did you ever find the user interface that you were looking for?

I’m OK with the “double tap” mode selection, it always reverts to low after a few seconds. Perhaps you should try a l-m-h mode set-up with memory, then each tap of the switch will move you up a level.

Please post if you find it!

Thanks.

Illumination Supply has the 105C with soldered modes and 380mA binned 7135 chips for 3A output. I think it has memory. E1320 has drivers with customized modes as well.
