Even after 8 months of daily carrying, I still find that my Nitecore EA21 does the job and then some. At 360 max lumens, I rarely find myself needing more light. (Those instances are only when I’m trying to shock my friends)

Not sure if they offer neutral white though… and it’s not the cheapest light, but it’s got plenty of features. I did a review on the one I got for Christmas a while ago.
There’s also the solid Hugsby XP-12 if you’re looking for something super budget friendly, though it doesn’t have multiple modes.
