I filed a dispute with Paypal, before I even recieved the email from Paypal I recieved an email from Fasttech saying the order was canceled and I had a refund at that point.

I recommend everyone else do the same, file a dispute, if you have not received a refund yet

as far as currency losses, those fees are income for Paypal, not Fasttech

it seems customers who paid in USA dollars (like me), did not have currency exchange fees.
my refund was full, to the penny, no fees

I see no reason to buy that light, because I Hate PWM, unless you plan to just use the host and replace the driver. I only learned of the PWM after my order or would not have joined in, so Im glad it cancelled, and I will not join a group buy.

Yeah, I canceled the order and reordered the 311. Got an email asking if they should just refund the difference and they’d throw in a free gift(?), but I wrote back what I did. No prob, refund went through, also to the penny.

Still annoyed I didn’t get the lights, but at least I’m not out anything.

The last time I saw a deal too good to be true was Gearbest selling the Lumintop (again) SD75 for something like $35 or so. People got a refund quickly…

Paypal dispute will get you a refund way quicker than waiting for fastech to do it , I got fed up waiting but after I filed a dispute i got a refund within two days.

Wow. Everyone is that upset they are not getting their lights at 1/4 retail due to a pricing mistake? I dunno. I think companies should honour most pricing mistakes but I’m okay in some cases…

Got my refund, it was correct to the penny so that’s good.

Got my refund also. Including the transaction fee. I would have liked the lower price but understand the mistake. It happens and all was made well. This was my first time trying FT and since everything worked, I won't write them off for the future.
