I received the 10440 tube today from lumintoplighting.com. My Nano is complete now:
1) it has a led and a beam that I like and find more useful than the stock led, but at the cost of throw. See What did you mod today? - #9801 by djozz
2) the 10440 (Vapcell) gets me way more runtime and 60% more output (390lm at start and 320lm at 30 seconds) than the silly stock 10180 (210 lm at 5 seconds). The low battery warning+stepdown after 10 seconds on a full battery 
that I got with the 10180 has stopped too now.
Edit: measured throw with Vapcell 10440 at 30 seconds: 11.3 kcd, which is a bit more than 7kcd that I measured with the 10180 cell, but nowhere near the 21kcd that the stock led produced. Nice tint comes at a price…
3) it looks sóóó much better with a real battery tube.
