the TG06 is a fantastic mod host and very high quality. I have a shaved-dome Nichia 219c at 2.2amps in mine. It’s my go-to pocket light.
They are probably shipping the new TG06 model, but listed as the old model. 2nd review indicates it's more like 300 lumens. Maybe M4D MAX can confirm? I got 2 of these - excellent quality!

By AA you mean primary? If so, I dunno - the reviewer wasn't being specific. AA can be interpreted a couple of ways I suppose - see here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AA_battery. This article implies AA is a size, that's all.
Is it possible? I really dunno - don't use primaries much and haven't done much testing with them as well.
But are they Button top, or "Flat" top.
