When I wear my 94 gram Herringbone chain necklace, I feel tension in my head (though it can take all day for me to experience the tension.) 
I have decided to give up on wearing a chain necklace.
Maybe later I’ll change my mind and try to find an even lighter chain necklace to buy/wear?
