Look at the RC6Flex driver, made for RC use
It dim via a RC channel (16 steps) It even have a brushed pump drive it case one want to try liquid cooling

This is a great idea and awesome work.
I'd recommend changing the aluminum radiator coil to copper though if you want it to last long term.
Copper and aluminum don't get along together and the copper will corrode.

This is over the top just blows my mind, for led mods.
There are jumpers soldered behind the LEDs, the cooling tubes just touch the heat pad, leaving some place to wire them.
