I’m looking for a light ala the Sky Ray King or other can style light. I’ll do a Emitter or driver replacements but I want to keep the cost down. Under $80(flexible) with decent CRI and neutral white is what I’m going for.
My main worry is getting a bad quality copy with less heatsinking or other major problems.

Sounds like another one for the M6. You can pick up your high CRI emitters, and custom driver there too. Should be under or close to $80 total depending on your choice of driver.
