Thanks for the kind words guys. I’m learning on a lathe when I get the time but I did have the heatsink made for me because I didn’t want to ruin what started out as a fairly expensive piece of copper. The only problem I now have is that I now know what it takes to get an almost 100% custom light off the ground which means I can barely look at a light without envisaging fully custom made parts….I’ve just started down the long and dark road of custom drivers.
This will be painful.
The business end of this thing looks bad ass.
…and it weighs a tonne as well. It’s heavier than a 6D. No cells of course - that’s just cheating.
