As to Gearbest points:
You can use points for discount if you have at least 50 points. The discount (from the Points) cannot exceed 30% of the item sub-total cost. (Note: Selected promos may have a different cap.) Coupons cannot be used together with Points to reduce prices.
As to Gearbest giftcard:
The giftcard will be applied to your account by Gearbest staff. Please use it before the data we showed you 20XX-XX-XX.
To use the Giftcard: Please choose a product or some products within the giftcard value. Not allowed to be used with other payment methods.
It’s day 16 since I ordered - and this morning the tracking info finally shows it has been ‘accepted’.
I do wish GB had contacted me immediately after my order instead of waiting 10 days for me to contact them. Perhaps that is something that can be improved upon within GB for future shoppers.
I received it yesterday and it was exactly as pictured. Yay! Even with the minimalist design, it’s well built. Everything is tight and square. I highly recommend the product. Here’s the successful test file on a post-it note. It took about 20 minutes.
Yea I got the last one… it said One in stock when I ordered, then it said Out Of Stock. They are elsewhere online, it’s a 500mw “A5 Mini Laser Engraving Machine” by EleksMaker.

Thanks again Jona. And BLF is the reason I originally recognized the name Gearbest in my Google search list for the A5 laser, and visited your store. I thought I should get a second opinion on BLF about the unusual shipping issue. Nobody on BLF said it happened to them, so honestly I would have paid the extra money. But GB covering the extra money was a very kind thing and should put everyone’s mind at ease. It’s very good for the GB reputation. Thanks again.
