Samsung, LG, Sony, and Panasonic are all quality lithium cell brands.
It appears that your MF04 requires ‘high drain’ cells of at least 20 amps, which is why the Samsung 30Q is suggested.
Other high-drain cells include LG HG2, Sony VTC5, and Sony VTC6. I am unfamiliar with other brands’ high-drain cells.
E-cigarette and vape devices also require high-drain lithium batteries. If you know someone who vapes, ask them where they buy batteries.
I found this e-cigarette vendor in Israel that sells 30Q and HG2 cells. They are priced higher than other sellers, but your choices may be limited because of Israel’s policies for shipping lithium batteries.
