According to Nitecore the battery is 3.7V
Possibly two 14500s in a crazy parallel setup?

I’m pretty sure it’s a a special made 14100 3.7v.

I heard back, it’s 2 cells and 3.7v. So it seems to be parallel.

If it’s 2 x 14500 how do you keep the cells balanced?

I assume the flashlight would balance charge them.

Probably shouldn’t.

(Only opened a few laptop packs, but I don’t think any of them did balanced charging.)

I’ve learned a lot about hobby chargers in the past few days. I would say that it doesn’t seem to have any special way of actually balancing the cells.
