New type of E27 MCOB Led Bulb

^ Not a real COB (or COG), but just 4 of those LED filaments stuck on a piece of glass.

Speaking of COBs:

It is 4 of the filaments stuck on a thick piece of glass. Then they used some sort of flexible glue (goop) to stick that to the flexable vinyl frame (globe). All of this is done to cushion the actual filaments from shock. Hence the term “rough service” bulb.

The filaments are COG, chip on glass. So because these filaments are glued onto a slab of glass they perhaps could be called
COG on glass, or COG-OG
chip on glass, on glass.

Actually the chips are on something (?) inside those filaments.
So it’s a FOG light… (filament on glass) :stuck_out_tongue:

Got a bucket-O-bulbs today, 10 for the $9.90
Used 9 so far, need to get another Tub.
Nice light. Used 3 sets of 3, over 2 bathroon sinks and a cieling fan. One left. After a few minutes they are pulling about 5.5W. Nice color and really surprised how well the light gets dispersed in all direction.

Definitely need more.
