I think Macadam ellipses would be better to quantify the color differences.
It’s roughly a 23-step ellipse between domed and dedomed with 5700 4500 and 2700K.
Edit : well mired basically shows the same thing, dedoming does roughly the same color difference with all CCTs.
Percent less CCT seems more informative to me, but I always like learning new things.

I really, really like that dedomed 5700K. Perfectly neutral to my eye. Would love to have one in a Convoy T4. Your photos truly do these emitter comparisons justice.

Just got my beloved ROT66 v2 back from Vinh with Dedomed 5000k 519As. I love this LED. Compared to my previous staple of FA2 binned SST 20 4000k plus Lee 804, the Dedomed 5000k 519As are a little bit warmer and a little bit rosier. Beam looks great under the TIR.
Shown below is a tint comparison between my Fireflies.
From left to right:
Nov-MU with 4500k E21A R9080.
E07 Ti/Cu with 4000k SST20 FB4 R95.
E07 Brass with 4000k SST20 FA2 R95+ Lee 804 (~3700k).
ROT66 v2 with 5000k 519A R9080 Dedomed (~3600k).
ISO 100, f/4.0, 1/6sec. White balance 5100K +11 magenta. Sony A6300 with Sigma F1.4 16mm.
Can I just reconfirm. Does a domed 519 fit under optics?

If you cant make sense of how to join the group buy, another option is to buy from azhu, he gets them from Clemence and resells.
Im happy to pay Andy a fee to hold inventory for my easy impulse access to small quantities, instead of buying larger amounts from the group buy. I never got on board with the telegram app… I resist change… lol.
