I’ve had one of these for a month or two and it’s really nice. The Hi-CRI secondary emitter is really, really useful for up close stuff and indoors use. The turbo setting is just another flashlight manufacturer gimmick to juice the lumens count for marketing purposes but its normal brightness modes from the main emitter are pretty typical EDC flashlight levels and adequate for my personal headlamp needs. I don’t have a lot of headlamp experience, but this light is much better in pretty much every way from my Skywolfeye induction headlamp (except the NU25 doesn’t have an induction mode). It also costs 4 times as much so I would expect it to be better. I think the UI could be slightly better as I hate having to wait 3 seconds to turn the light off after turning it on, without cycling through the modes, but that’s a very minor complaint.
