I have this host, just to let you know it is not made from CF, it has a thin CF sleeve that goes over an aluminium host. It is very lightweight and does not come with AR lens. Been using it for a while but I think it looks best in the shelf. Got mine when it was on sale $25.99 in solarforce website. If you like the carbon looks then it’s worth it, but compared to other SF hosts it is not as tough (P1, L2T)

I’ve bought from these folks several times — only bought their brightest material, which is a pale green glow-in-the-dark paint (it’s pale yellow in daylight.
It takes ten to twenty minutes of exposure to “charge” the material, they say — while it glows brightly for a little while when it’s been wound up by a white or blue LED light, it lasts for many hours after it’s been in the sun through the day.
We have it painted on the edges of our outdoor steps — it’s lasted four or five years — and it’s been quite a help when we had an area power blackout.
(You can paint a clear layer over it as long as you do not use a UV-blocking paint, as it needs those blue-to-UV wavelengths)
The fellow who makes the “glow-in-the-dark” keyfobs over at CPF uses the powder form of that same stuff, mixing it into epoxy.
