What do you all think about a set of 6 3AA-to-D adapters loaded with (gulp) 18 Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA Batteries? That would let someone leave it in storage knowing they’d have the run time of the LED when needed “someday”, and one could rock the Imedions (or off-the-shelf Alkies for those of us with smaller boots) for social purposes in the meantime…
That might make the old log more interesting, especially if someone had a really large Bug Out Bag.
Oh, and everyone please don’t take that “lateral-cranial” stuff seriously. Seriously! The knurling leaves a distinctive mark on the cranium in question and you could get punished.
