Yeah, confirmed threadlocker on the retaining ring. If I align the pcb just right and tighten it down cautiously it turns on for a bit.
You could possibly fix it if you took the rest of the driver out of the potting compound but not confident.

Yeah, appreciate that insight, I’m going to try to take the potting out and fix it if I can. I like the unique UI and I’d hate to waste the work I put in clicking it a billion times to get it unlocked
