Great work on this, CRX. 
I’ve been going back & forth about modifying my NovaTac 120P (actually SPL-120), at first thinking a triple might be worth going for, but the FW3A really handles that form factor so well. Love the look of this mod though, I must add. So to keep the effort down, I think I’ll probably go for a single emitter swap.
Btw, I saw a while back last summer a post about a CRX modded NovaTac, an SPL-120. This ended up having an easier pill for modification, as the Noctigon would need less trimming. Was this true for all SPL-120 flashlights? The one I have came with a black anodized bezel…
