Not Yet, I am still waiting for my LEDs from the second prizes round, but that is on me since I asked them to stall it till after the pandemic over (
) This one is a lot younger, about 20 years old, with no marking regarding the country of origin but I am sure I can find some rulers from the "Motherland" among my late grandfather drawing tools

This trademark
means “Chelyabinsk tool-making factory”. It is hard to imagine how many extra tools they have made back in USSR. Its 30 years after and there are still millions kilos of equipment never used after storage.
