Metal scrap (used or small pieces can be easily recognized like scrap) is not allowed to export by private persons. I had to cheat.
It was not hard to guess that you should get it soon, the first and only (from March) slowboat with parcels from Russia has landed at your side 10 days ago, and after MRsDNF got his tool (BTW, it was made in the city with one of the worth air quality in the world) yesterday, I hoped you will get it today.
Its pretty good scrap metal.
Is the city Cherepovets?
Chelyabinsk ?
Chelyabinsk ?

Bump for inspiration
