AAA is the way to go for ti imo. Itâs not great for heat transfer so youâre limited in power anyway, then you may as well go for something as small and easily carried as possible. Hard to scratch up on a keychain too, which only AAA (or smaller) lights are really suited for.
Square threads are useful on aluminium bodies, makes them more resistant to wear. It is hardly interesting for a stainless steel or a titanium light: there will hardly be any wear anyway, whatever shape the threads are.
