Hi everyone ,
New to mods;

Where is the best place to source an OMTEN switch to send to VINH to replace a solarforce L2D switch, and how many amps can it handle?.
Vinh mentions his triple/quad copper p60 can hit 8-10A!, so is this ok or should it be driven lower?.
It’s for a hcri triple or quad Nichia.
Powerful hcri throw hotspot light build.

What’s the difference if it’s run at 3-4A and 8-10A?.

The little Omten 1288 (reverse clicky) has performed well over its rating. They are used for triple and quad builds all the time, some people have even had them over 15amps. I haven’t heard of many of them frying, but I don’t know what the long term effects will be.
