The voltage loss in the carriers, which also means new driver design for good touching of carrier.
And there were concerns over the reflector.
It really is important to be able to relax and not actively wait. No point in stressing oneself 
Patience is the key with these projects. If you try to rush manufactures on these low volume products it’s not interesting for them to do them anymore.
Also they’ll skip some important steps and you’ll not get the quality product the BLF team is trying to get together for you.

I prefer to wait for a few months longer and get a perfected Giggles than hurry and get something that will last 2 days (like my MF-01… I am seriously ticked off).
It is an unexpected delay, but I prefer to wait for a good product rather than have a piece of garbage. It is weird these changes take so long, but GT is worth waiting for.

I’m thinking they will release it in January of 2018 or something like that. Good new years addtion the the light market and it should be perfected by then. At a marketing stand point I can see them wanting to do that.

I would say that it shouldn’t take that long but I also know that we are dealing with a great manufacturer.
Well think about it they are going though a major manufacturer. This manufacturer is making other lights. Unless they have a full production layout dedicated to this light your put on a waiting list for product until they design create, test, market, manufacture, stock pile material,and finally distribute. Were still in the testing phase. Once test are completed they iron out the kinks market and finish the pre-orders. Then its on to manufacturing. So I’d imagine about 2/3 more months if they have the proper work station/ assembly dedicated to this light at the factory and there are no other set backs.
The bizy season has begun for these manufacturers, so possible it may get delayed, but Lumintop has been moving relatively quick up til now.
Yes absolutely something to think about as well. Does anyone know if this is just a one off kind of deal for BLF or is this thing going into full production by Lumintop to be added to they’re brand?
All we know for sure is the margins are very tight at our price, so if they continue to offer it, it's gonna be quite a bit higher. The shipping costs are up there.
And don’t forget that once you move into the new year, Chinese New Year is just around the corner which blows nearly a month out of any schedule. I don’t know which would be worse, shipping just before CNY and not having any support, or having to wait until everyone gets back from thier travels and spinning back up.
