I have this charger, it works good.
Nitecore has a 8 Port Charger too. Its a bit cheaper and the charging Current is much less.

JasonWW: fneuf:The GT is basically 2 lights in one. The stock version that can blast a medium sized hotspot over a mile OR a xhp70.2, 6000 lumen light that can blast a big hotspot half (or more) that distance. I’m sure I can find a use for one of those versions.
I think I remember reading that TA or someone else put an XHP 70.2 in a prototype. Did they get a lux measurement? If not, I hope that the first person to put one in Giggles gets good lumen and lux measurements and post’s the results. I think that 6000 lumen and 500k lux would be an amazing light! Damn, I think I need to order another one!
ive got a modded tn40 that does 8700 lumens, and 500klux
its quite a sight
i would think the gt should do over 500klux, with the XHP 70.2, but im no expert
I think you mean the TN40vn. Very powerful but in turbo mode the heat becomes unbearable in less than a minute!

you have a good point there
turbo for about 2 minutes, and you can light a cigarette off of it
Sorry I can be hopeless,
If I can have 3rd YES PLEASE.
Thank you very much for that JasonWW… Champion.
I don’t think Neal has any connection to Emisar other than just selling them, though. I think Hank designed them and ToyKeeper wrote the firmware.
Hank designed the Emisar lights and Tom E wrote most of the firmware. I only touched up a few last-minute details while Tom was busy, and made a detailed review.
Only about 6 houses on our 400 acres.
Unless those 400 acres are a spaghetti farm, 70m wide and 2300m long, the BLF GT might be a bit excessive for seeing from one end of the property to the other.

I corrected my older post.
Coyotehawk: AlexGT: Coyotehawk: Jinx:My email (pm didn’t work for me) said I was down for two lights but I think I only asked for one?
I have ordered only one for now anyway.
I do not see your name on any of the lists. Did you receive a PM to buy the light?
He wrote (Later deleted) that he ordered one in number 62 on the list, That spot is Antiparanoico from Uruguay…
Correct. I’m guessing he is looking at Post #3
His name shows as number #62 but request #64 on that list.
The problem is that Jinx (England) is not the same member as Antiparanoico (Uruguay)
Edit, after further checking member Jinx is member Jeansy look here:
Jeansy's battery tests (new impedance tests)
Review: XinTD C8 (SC-82)Here is his spot on the list…
62 Jeansy 1st #64
This is correct, I was previously Jeansy. I have been on the list from very early but as PM did not work I was emailed my invite to buy. My invite said two reserved in my name but I believe this to be a mistake, I have purchased only one at present.
Antiparanoico is nothing to do with me.
AFAIR I have not deleted anything as one post mentioned??
Since there are a lot of folks knowledgable about thrower lights here, what are a couple of the next closest lights to the GT as far as reflector diameter?
Would it be the TN42 at 90mm?
(GT is 118mm)
elrcpilot:Just wondered what chargers you all consider to be good ones for the Panasonic 35E batteries. I found this 8 port charger on the internet and wonder if anyone has any experience with it. I am thinking an 8 port charger would be good to charge all the batteries at once.
Your thoughts or on maybe this should be a new thread.
Eric
The GYRFALCON All-88 is a fine charger from what I read.
I basically divide the charger choices by charge rate.
If you want an 8 slot charger that can do 8x1A then the All-88 is a good choice. Another option is a pair of 4 slot Lii-500 which does 4 x 1A. It’s personal preference, really.
Then the other catagory would be chargers that can do 4 x 1.5A or 4 xx2A. I like fast chargers (since I stay nearby and monitor them) so I’m willing to pay a little more for that extra speed. I’ve got a Miboxer C4-12 on the way that has multiple charge rates. Including up to 4 x 3A for my 26650 cells.
Most 18650 cells can usually be safely charged at 1.5A.
The 30Q have a standard charge rate of 1.5A and a max charge rate of 4A.
The 35E has a standard charge rate of 1.7A and a max of 2A.
The LG MJ1 has a standard charge rate of 1.7A and a max of 3.4A.
Each battery model has its own spec sheet from the factory showing its data. You just have to Google for it.
Sticking with 1A charge rates on 18650 cells will maximize the battery life, if that’s important to you. I tend to push some of my batteries hard so I already know their life is a bit compromised.
I have the 4 slot version, Gyrfalcon ALL-44.
It states in the instructions and on the box that it charges Li-ion 3.7v 10180`s.
I can not work out how to charge these small batteries in this charger.
There are some small metallic pieces that come with it but for the life of me I can not work out how to charge 10180`s .
They are still TOO SMALL .
I like the charger but would not buy another.
Biggest reason is I have to use an adapter for the EU electrical plug here in Australia .
Waiting for the `Xtar Dragon VP4 Plus 4 Slot Professional Battery Charger and Tester ` to arrive and hope it will be as good as I think it is.
Can anybody help me with charging Li-ion 3.7v 10180`s.
Is there a charger for these small batteries ?
Just a side note, when I was looking up the TN42 I saw it had a really unique mcpcb. Plus the reflector depth is so deep and the emitter has to sit so low, the side switch is actually higher than the emitter. It’s really strange and cool. To me at least.
Here is the TN42. — NOT THE GT.
.
Are there any pics of the inside of the GT head?
Eh, looking at the drawings, the inner head is just a regular design. Lol

Is the problem the length?
Some chargers come with little metal pieces that allow short cells to be squeezed tighter by the spring loaded slots.
Yes, I see it has little threaded spacers to fit short cells.
Also, it does do 0.1 and 0.25 amp charging.

Try with spring from pen, place one or two adapters and then spring in between but only if this charger can charge at 0.1 or 0.3ah
10,000 yah!!
Buahhhhhh
Soory couldn’t resist
Muahhhhh!!!
I can do that too! LOL
lol
10000?
Do you get a prize? Lol
